Youth Intern

E-Mail:

Luke grew up in Waynesboro, TN. During his time in high school and trips back home from college, he would lead worship at his home church. He went to college at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN. There he graduated with a Biochemistry degree and served at the BCM (Baptist Collegiate Ministry) as the International Team Leader. He heard the call of becoming a pastor during his junior year of college. As a result, he served on a missions group called Tennessee Travel Teams the next summer. During this missions trip, he learned about the behind the scenes work it takes to run a church. He also met his lovely wife, Rowan, on this mission trip. They married two years later and live in the Midtown area. Seeking out God's plan for him, he stumbled upon Union Avenue Baptist Church. He is working as the Youth Ministry Intern. He is happy to be a part of the Union Avenue Family!
