Gratitude

As we gather together on this blessed occasion of Thanksgiving, my heart is overflowing with gratitude for each of you. Our church family is a precious gift—a tapestry woven with the threads of love, faith, and shared traditions.

In 2 Samuel 12:15-25, we see the story of David—a man after God's own heart—facing moments of both immense joy and deep sorrow. Despite his challenges and trials, David never ceased to worship God. He continued to seek the Lord, finding solace in scripture and trusting in His unfailing love.

Similarly, our journey as a church family has been marked by moments of joyous celebration and seasons of trial. Yet, through it all, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to worship and glorify God. We have leaned on the foundation of scripture, finding strength in its words and drawing closer to God in times of need.

Our gatherings for worship have been moments of blessing—a time when we come together as one, lifting our voices in praise and adoration. Our traditions bind us together, creating a sense of belonging and unity. They remind us of our shared faith, values, and the legacy we continue to build as a community of believers.

I am deeply thankful for the privilege and honor of being your pastor. Walking alongside each of you, sharing in your joys, supporting you in your trials, and witnessing your growth in faith has been a profound blessing in my life. Your resilience, love for one another, and dedication to serving God are a testament to the strength of our church family.

As we gather around tables full of food and hearts overflowing with gratitude, let us remember that our greatest Thanksgiving is in worshipping God. Even in the midst of challenges or uncertain times, let us echo the spirit of David—steadfast in worship, unwavering in faith, and trusting in God's promises.

May our bond as a church family continue to grow stronger, may our traditions deepen our connection, and may our worship always be a sweet fragrance to our Heavenly Father.

Thank you for being an incredible church family. I am profoundly grateful for each one of you. Let us cherish our time together, lean on God's grace, and continue to walk this journey of faith hand in hand.
