Virtual Bible School

In this strange season of unprecedented circumstances, we’ve all found ourselves needing to get creative with different aspects of life; virtual graduations, birthdays and other things. Now we can add the the list “Virtual Bible School.” Traditionally VBS would be on a church campus, in a Worship Center and full of kids in a classroom. Well this year we are providing you with the opportunity to host VBS in your home, community or even outdoors in a park during the week of July 27-31, 2020.. For the next 4wks UABC will be taking orders for “tool kits.” All you need to do to receive your tool kit is to sign up and during the first week of July your child will receive their tool box. Each tool box will include;

  • Instructional information for 5 Bible Studies

  • Instructional information for 5 Craft Projects

  • Instructions for watching each daily video set. Videos will be formatted and viewable on all types of streaming devices.

  • Tools to keep your child busy while watching the videos.

  • One real construction grade hardhat!

All of this will be shipped to your home completely free. Thus far we have boxes and resources to ship boxes to 200 preschoolers, children, teens as well as individuals with special needs. Do you have 4 children in your home, then sign all 4 of them up and each child will receive their own addressed box! Do you have neighbors, cousins, friends that would like a box? Sign them up! With Virtual Bible School you, your children and friends can participate anywhere they can stream videos.

For those of you that have a empty nest you may be asking, “How can I help people hear the good news of the gospel?”. VBS is the single largest evangelistic outreach of the year for most churches. So we've got to get creative in how we effectively—and safely—utilize this important strategy to reach our communities this year. You can assist us at UABC by giving a one time offering of $10 per box to help us ship them to all that register. All you need to do is go to the giving tab on our website, select children’s ministry and enter the amount you wish to give.
